How to Set the Initial Position of the Perto Digital Plugin

Through the admin panel, you can easily and visually choose where the plugin icon will appear for all your visitors, on both desktop and mobile devices.

Follow the steps below to complete the setup:

Step 1: Access the Plugin Settings

  1. Log in to your Perto Digital admin panel.

  2. In the side navigation menu, choose "Tools".

  3. Click on the "Plugin" option.

Step 2: Choose the Position

  1. On the plugin settings screen, scroll down until you find the "Choose the plugin position" section.

  2. You will have the option to set the position for Desktop and Mobile. Click the button for the device you want to configure first.

Step 3: Adjust and Save the Position

  1. When you click on one of the options (e.g., "Desktop"), an adjustment window will open.

  2. Inside this window, click and hold the plugin icon. Drag it to any location within the designated area until you find the desired initial position for your site.

  3. When you are satisfied with the position, click the green "Save Position" button.

  4. Repeat the process for the other device type, if necessary.

  5. Finally, click "Save changes" at the bottom of the configuration page.

That's it! The initial position of the plugin has been set and will be applied to all new visitors to your site, ensuring a consistent experience that aligns with your page's design.
